1. The service
Perform With Us connects musicians, bands, and people booking live music in North Alabama. We provide profiles, gig listings, applications, recommendations, and messaging. We are a venue for connections — we are not a party to any booking, employment, or payment arrangement made between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Perform With Us. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Payments happen off-platform
Perform With Us does not process, hold, or guarantee payment for any gig. Pay details shown on listings are informational only. Agree on terms directly with the other party and settle payment between yourselves.
4. Your content and conduct
You own what you post and grant us a license to display it on the service. Don't post anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing; don't impersonate others; don't game the recommendation system. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Recommendations
The recommendation ladder reflects statements by users about other users. “Verified gig” indicates a booking arranged through the platform, not an endorsement by Perform With Us.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for disputes between users, missed gigs, or losses arising from use of the service.
