What we collect
Your account details (name, email, password hash or Google sign-in), the content you create (profiles, band pages, gig posts, applications, recommendations, messages), and approximate location at the city level that you choose for your profiles and posts. We do not collect precise GPS location.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: showing your public profiles and posts, delivering applications and messages, and sending the transactional emails you can control in Settings. We don't sell your data.
What's public
Performer profiles, band pages, open gig posts, and confirmed recommendations are publicly visible. Your email address is never shown publicly. Messages are private between participants.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account (Settings → Danger zone) removes your profile and personal data immediately. Marketplace records like applications and messages are kept in anonymized form (“Deleted user”) so other people's history stays intact.
